Defense Contract Management Agency’s Information Technology DoD365-J Support Team released a new training resource on its SharePoint-based collaboration platform — DoD365-J.
The DCMA DoD365-J Virtual Center of Excellence Communication Page (login required) provides resources to promote a better understanding and use of the platform.
The resource delivers business value through the centralization of agency knowledge and facilitates the standardization of workforce collaboration processes for the agency workforce and partners.
It contains numerous training opportunities designed to ensure a basic understanding of the DoD365-J collaboration environment to include the use of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 groups and SharePoint Online.
A library of applicable governance and records management documents containing critical information on standards and guidelines is also available. It also offers a place to collaborate, share information and obtain support from employees across the agency with diverse experiences and expertise.
