DCMA Land Systems stands up, replaces Detroit legacy command

DETROIT — Amy Kozlowski, DCMA Detroit’s former director, recently became the new director of DCMA Land Systems. Approximately 180 DCMA employees became a part of the new CMO, which is a result of DCMA Vision, the agency’s strategic plan.
