Modification and Delivery Order (MDO)

The Modification and Delivery Order (MDO) eTool will replace the ACO Mod Module. It is designed to provide DCMA Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs) and Contract Administrators (CAs) with an updated automated tool to support the contract modification and delivery order writing process. MDO takes the Agency a step closer to application accessibility via the web.

Reports

Reports List
Reports are available to all MDO users to view metrics, statistics and summary of modifications and delivery orders. To access the main reports page, click on Reports from the menu and click on the name of the report to run it.

MDO Detail Report The MDO Detail Report allows users to view all modifications and delivery orders at all statuses, grouped by status and ordered ascending by PIIN, SPIIN, mod number, district, primary CMO, and tertiary CMO.
Cube List
Cubes are available to all MDO users to view metrics, statistics and summary of released modifications and deliveries. Click on Cubes from the menu and click on the name of the cube to load it.

The MDO cube allows users to analyze metrics and statistics of released modifications and delivery orders using multidimensional data analysis. The dimensions located on the far left represent all available dimensions that can be dragged and dropped onto the cube model’s rows or columns.
MDO by Contract Kind
The default view displays counts of successfully released modifications and delivery orders by DCMA and contract kind.
MDO by Contract Type
The default view displays counts of successfully released modifications and delivery orders by DCMA and contract type.
MDO by Department & Buying Activity Guide
The default view displays counts of successfully released modifications and delivery orders by DCMA and department. MDO Drill Thru Report Users also have the ability to drill thru from the cube to a report, thus displaying cube data in report format. By clicking the drill through button located at the bottom of the screen, the current cube’s view will automatically be formatted into a PDF report. This functionality is available on all cubes in the cubes list.
