External Web Access Management (EWAM) 2.5
External Web Access Management (EWAM) 2.5 allows external users to apply for access to DCMA eTools applications. EWAM 2.5 supports three Organization Types (Contractors, DoD and Non-DoD agencies).

End User
Can register as a new user
Can access the self-service central to update user profile
Can request additional access
Approver
Can perform all of the actions the End User can perform
Can grant user access to one or more assigned eTool applications or Portal areas
Can manage user access within his or her routing visibility for the assigned application
Administrator
Can perform all of the actions the Approver can perform
Can perform user profile administration (add, update and remove user accounts)
Can manage approvers
Can access reports
Can transfer workload from one approver to another
