Naval aviator leads with servant leadership principles

HAZELWOOD, Missouri — Navy Capt. Ryan Batchelor, the outgoing commander at DCMA Boeing St. Louis, is a naval aviator who has managed to successfully lead his team while maintaining a work-life balance. Batchelor and his wife have nine children — five girls and four boys.
